Taskzard is an AI-powered project management platform that enables collaboration between human team members and AI agents on tasks and projects.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to Taskzard. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service, including AI agent execution.

5. AI Agent Usage

AI agents operate within your workspace based on your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Taskzard to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taskzard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
